How much does it cost to get started?
The initial discovery call is free. We first need to determine if there is a good fit between our companies. If we feel we can help and you like what you hear, we will discuss if an initial retainer is required and what package will best suit your needs depending on the project scope.
What if my budget does not allow the package I want?
We can work with you to carve out a managable project to get started. It is essential to keep in mind that each project needs to be created with statistical significance in mind. For example: Reaching out to a very small number of people and judging the outcome is not statistically significant. But may be used to gauge the effectiveness of a message to a narrow audience.
How will you measure the ROI of the program?
This will be very dependent on the type of program. We will discuss key performance indicators ( KPIs) and suggest tools that will measure the specific KPIs we mutually agree upon. The measurement criteria will be agreed upon prior to starting the program and adjusted as necessary.
What if I am not satisfied with the outcome?
A post-mortem will be held to determine the reason for your dissatisfaction. Analysis of assumptions, the target customer persona, defined goals, and methodology, all play a role in the success of the program. Our goals are to ensure you are pleased with the results and learn more about how to engage your customers.
How much control will I have over the programs?
Our recommendations are just that, recommendations. If a client chooses to divert from the original plan the KPIs will be adjusted accordingly. Our objective is to increase the odds of success, not necessary to reduce risk. If your not taking some risk it is likely the rewards will not be very great as well. At the end of day, we understand it is your budget and want to make sure you are comfortable with how it is spent.
Can I cancel the agreement prior to the end date?
It is important to remember that some marketing programs will take longer to show results than others. But in the end, if you are not happy then we are not happy. Cancellation may occur at the end of any given major milestone with a 2 week notice. An early cancellation fee may be charged to cover remaining unavoidable expenses.
